  • Guidance on Student Loans Company (SLC) applications
  • University course selection and enrolment support for accredited UK institutions
  • Ongoing academic and financial advisory support throughout your studies

Our services are advisory in nature. We do not directly provide funding, issue student loans, or guarantee admission to any educational institution.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Are aged 18 or over
  • Hold valid UK residency status (UK Citizen, Indefinite Leave to Remain, Spouse Visa, or Refugee Status)
  • Intend to study at a recognised UK higher education institution
  • Have not exhausted their entitlement to publicly funded higher education

Submitting an eligibility assessment does not guarantee qualification for funding. All funding decisions are made by the relevant funding bodies.

4. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all forms and communications
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your personal circumstances that may affect your eligibility
  • Not misrepresent your identity, immigration status, or academic history

5. Advisory Nature of Services

Our services are strictly advisory. UK Higher Education Advisory:

  • Does not guarantee funding approval or any specific funding amount
  • Does not act as a lender, credit broker, or financial institution
  • Does not guarantee admission to any university or educational programme
  • Provides guidance based on publicly available information and our professional expertise

Final decisions regarding student finance are made solely by the Student Loans Company (SLC) or the relevant funding body. University admission decisions are made by the respective institutions.

6. Fees and Charges

The initial eligibility assessment is provided free of charge. Any additional advisory services and their associated fees will be clearly communicated to you before you commit. We will never charge hidden fees or require upfront payments for funding that has not been confirmed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of UK Higher Education Advisory and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
